Arcadia Renews Environmental Accreditations For 2015

Environmental AccreditationsFollowing an extensive annual audit carried out in February by the British Assessment Bureau, Arcadia Corporate Merchandise Ltd. has successfully renewed both its ISO9001 & ISO14001 environmental accreditations for 2015.

ISO9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

ISO14001:2004 was first introduced 1996 as a British Standard and requires organisations to have an environmental policy and action plan to manage their impact on their environment.

Jason Markwick commented: “Our ongoing commitment to our ISO procedure demonstrates that we can deliver a range of high quality services throughout our organisation. It is in our best interest to ensure our clients are happy with both the service they experience and the products they receive.

As part of their internal assessment process Arcadia welcomed both positive and negative feedback given.
