COVID19 – A message to all our customers

The team at Arcadia would like to assure all our customers that we will continue to offer you a complete service during these present challenging times. We intend to keep our service as seamless possible.

We have taken steps to ensure we can remain open for business which now include our staff staff working remotely. Our phone lines and emails will be diverted from the office and you will still be able to reach your usual contact.

Delivery of consignments

There is currently no evidence that transmission of Coronavirus can occur from parcels and goods, and we are being updated regularly by our carriers with regards to continuity of services. At present, there is no interruption to our carriers and no reported cases amongst their respective workforces.

We appreciate your support as always and look forward to things getting back to normal as soon as is reasonably practicable, in the meantime we wish you and your families the very best in this difficult time.

Having worked in Promotional Merchandise for the last 30 years I have been exposed to all aspects of the industry.
