It’ll Fit… Won’t It? Spotlight On Promotional Luggage
If you’re planning to give customers or staff an executive gift it’s important that the item is fit for purpose and can be used in the way intended.
Promotional luggage is a case in point. Busy execs are likely to want to stash their wheelie cases in the cabin so it’s vital they’re the right size or your promotion could dive bomb.
But because promotional luggage comes in such an array of shapes and sizes it’s not always clear whether an item can be taken on board until it’s popped into the metal sizing box at the airport. And to confuse matters further, different airlines have different rules for the acceptable size of cabin luggage.
So to make life easier, a business luggage specialist, Antler has simplified things by creating four different sizes of cabin case, each of which is denoted with a code. Exact dimensions are shown in the chart below.
Antler Cabin Case Sizes (cm)
In addition, the current maximum sizes you’re allowed as cabin luggage across four different airlines are shown below. It’s always best to check with your airline before you fly though as requirements can change.
Baggage Size Requirements By Airline (cm)
British Airways = 56 x 45 x 25 = All Antler cabin cases fit British Airways requirements.
Virgin Atlantic = 56 x 36 x 23 = Our Antler B1 and L1 cases fit Virgin Atlantic requirements.
Easy Jet = 56 x 45 x 25 = All Antler cabin cases fit Easy Jet standard requirements.
Ryanair = 55 x 40 x 20 = Antler C1 and L1 cases fit Ryanair requirements.
As well as the complete Antler range of luggage, Arcadia has a great selection of promotional luggage that can be branded with a logo. This includes overnight bags and backpacks, which also meet cabin size requirements.
